Adult Medal Motivation (Beginners)

12 week beginners couch to 5km run plan accessible via Training Peaks. This is a progressive plan which will give you clear instructions of what to do in each of your sessions. 3 sessions a week and you will see your fitness improve and your 5km times come down.

Record 3 runs/walks in 12 weeks, Each run/ walk has to be 5km and must be done by the end of each 4-week cycle. Once completed and evidence is sent to us, a medal will be sent to your home address.

Running tips and motivation will be given weekly to help keep you on track and motivated over the coming weeks

A Facebook Group has been set up where you can chat to other runners on the plan, encourage each other and keep track of others’ progress. Once you have joined the course, simply join the Facebook Group.

Prizes for the most improved 5km times. There will be regular dates by which each 5km needs to be posted. These can be walks/ part walk part runs/ runs. It doesn’t matter.
