Medal Motivation Mover

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️Make this YOUR challenge. Do it alone, do it with a partner/ friend OR family member/s!  You choose your initial route, this can be any distance as long as it starts and finishes from your house!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Once your route has been selected and you have walked/ ran or cycled it once, send the route and time to TRT.

🗺 You then have 6 weeks to improve your time. You can improve as many times during that 6 weeks.

You must complete the same route at least once per week.  Keep sending your efforts to TRT. 

🏅 On the final week, once all the information has been sent to TRT, and you have shown an improvement, we will send you your medal/s. 

💪 The aim of the challenge is to improve on your time over the 6 weeks.

We want you to get the whole family involved! There are many options available

Remember, you could choose a route that the adult wishes to walk/ run and the child/ren can run/ cycle with you.  Or choose separate routes.  The choices are endless!

🔴 Spot Prizes will be given throughout for random things such as: most unique route, biggest improvements made, most people from one family involved, most times route completed, etc  🔴
