Make this YOUR challenge. Do it alone, do it with a partner/ friend OR family member/s! You choose your initial route, this can be any distance as long as it starts and finishes from your house!

Once your route has been selected and you have walked/ ran or cycled it once, send the route and time to TRT.
You then have 6 weeks to improve your time.
You must complete the same route at least once per week. Keep sending your efforts to TRT. On the final week, once all the information has been sent to TRT, and you have shown an improvement, we will send you your medal/s. The aim of the challenge is to improve on your time over the 6 weeks.
